When we are thinking of have a session with a medium. We automatically think we will be connecting with loved ones in spirit. And yes, that is quite possible. But there are so many other options for an intuitive session. When we set our intention with spirit before the session there is so much higher guidance that we can access.
Spirit Guide Session: We can meet and connect with spirit guides. I like to start this session with a chakra opening and clearing meditation. This allows you to feel as open and clear as possible. Then I invite in one of your spirit guides to come close to me. I will describe your guide to you and bring through their messages. During the session you will keep your eyes closed as I guide you through and describe your guide. There will be a natural time during the session to feel a name come in for your guide. This provides a meeting for you to work with this guide moving forward in your own meditations and spiritual journey.
Past Life Healing Session: Do you feel you are struggling with repetitive patterns in your life and you're not sure why? We can set an intention for a soul-to-soul past life reading. In this type of reading, we set the intention to connect on the soul level. And I am given imagery and feelings of information from a past life, and this can help provide insight into traumas or patterns you may be holding. Understanding this type of information can be helpful to release it. This session I will also channel healing energy to you.
Spiritual Journey Session: Are you struggling to find purpose? In this session, we set the intention to help unlock information about your spiritual journey and gifts. We can connect with your higher self and / or guides and loved ones to help you better understand yourself.
Sometimes these sessions may overlap each other with your spirit team coming in providing information. An intuitive session is just that, we let spirit guide us throughout the session for your highest good in that moment.
