Last week I was in a practice circle with other mediums. This is just as it is....a group of mediums gather on a zoom call and give each other readings. During this class, I had one of my most memorable readings thus far. A reading filled with evidence, love, and most importantly a message not just for me but for all of us. As my reading from my fellow medium began, my father's energy came in strong. I saw his smiling face in my mind's eye and I knew he was going to be coming through to her.
She began describing a quiet older gentleman who was kind yet had a wit about him. He was quiet until you got to know him then he would let his guard down and give you his full personality and character. He was a wonderful man and a wonderful father. Not a day goes by that I don't miss him and think about him. If you are reading this, I'm guessing you also have someone that you have lost that you feel the same way about. And that is why I am writing this, to help you know that they are still with you and memories are never lost but stay within our consciousness and theirs.
She described a businessman who worked but enjoyed his family time. He was intelligent and after he retired, he would read book after book. He read all kinds of nonfiction. He had shelves of history books that he had read. He went on to talk about how much he loved his family and family time. He loved spending time with grandkids, and he showed images playing on the floor with grandkids. Which he did, he was always willing to play Legos, trains, board games, you name it!
The one thing about him that we all knew was that his favorite time of year was Christmas. He loved having everyone together. He loved just sitting in front of the tree and talking about where the various ornaments came from. He brought this evidence in as well.
Then he told the medium, I hold these memories in my consciousness and I replay them. Then he said, I will be with you over the holidays, think about me and know I am with you. One of my last memories of my dad is Christmas 2019. I have vivid memories of sitting with him on the couch and I know that memory will come flooding back this Christmas and I will feel his energy and know he is with us all.
As confirmation of this reading, yesterday as I was out running some last-minute errands two songs played on the radio back-to-back that reminded me of him. Then on the sidewalk I blinked my eyes as I saw a gentleman that looked just like him! As I met up with my son, he said to me "Mom, I just saw a man that looked just like Poppy (what my kids call my dad) in the grocery store". We both saw someone that looked like my dad, another way spirit reminds us of them. As we strolled through the department store my son was looking for a new phone case...........apparently there is a new brand of phone cases out there called.... Poppy ;). For me, all of these synchronicities were Dad saying hey Amy, I am with you for the holidays just like I said I would be!
I hope this brings you peace, joy, and happiness this holiday season.
Love, Amy

Thank you for sharing this Amy, it reminded me that we are surrounded forever by the ones we love - and not just in our hearts.
You Dad sounds wonderful, you are so fortunate to have these memories and experiences. Have a wonderful Christmas break.
This is such a beautiful message. My father passed away 12/19 on the new moon. We called him Poppy after Liam was born. He is one of the most awesome people in my world and I will miss him greatly. He loved Christmas and this is our first without him. All I can do today is breathe and stay present. Thanks so much for sharing your story.
